We start with an idea, how to make a difference and that we wanted to do for her. However, it is not long before this idea is false.
Perhaps we will find naysayers who told us why it does not work (most of them work for banks or public agencies). We also have a problem, our message, the target group, especially if we live in, a new concept. There are not many entrepreneurs are adjusted so open to new ideas. Only the people can hear during work.
Despite the problems, suddenly responsible for all aspects of business – strategy, tactics, implementation, maintenance, management – Blur in our thinking. Suddenly, the “management” is not something we do for the salary – which is a prerequisite for the implementation of our dreams.

Indeed, the last thing we need is a program that costs us money and time to learn how to use them. Perhaps it is for some time, but this happens later. Now we need a logical approach to solving our problems, and these packages are not people with this problem. They aim to solve the problems of businesses – from order processing, billing and accounting. Our problem is our dream a reality.
What our dreams into reality is not easy. We must continue the work on the details, evidence and ideas to the marketing, deployment and management. We will try to find different approaches, what works, and refine the original idea that we found. If we do, that we are on the way to a predictable performance.
So, what we need is a system of planning and control. We need a list of companies and people who know (and can speak), the list of things we do, for their attention, and a list of things we should do ourselves, so we can get.
These lists, give us a platform. Is the starting point – our action plan, and what we do in the morning. It also gives us the opportunity to ours.
This is the key to our success.
